1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you (the visitor) and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] Ltd, company number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”, “Graded Appliance Hub”). By using gradedappliancehub.com you accept these terms.

2. What we do — and don't do

Graded Appliance Hub is a directory and information service. We help you find third-party retailers and repair engineers. We are not a party to any contract you enter into with those third parties. Specifically:

• We do not sell, supply, deliver, install, or guarantee any appliance.
• We do not perform any repair work.
• We do not process payments between you and any retailer or engineer.
• The contract for any goods or services you buy is between you and the retailer/engineer directly. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply to that contract — please raise any complaint with that retailer/engineer first.

3. Accuracy of listings

We work hard to verify listings (see our Editorial Standards), but we can't guarantee that every detail is accurate or current at every moment. Stock, prices, opening hours and grading conditions are set by the retailer and may change without notice. Always confirm details directly with the retailer before travelling or paying. If you find an inaccurate listing, please tell us at trust@gradedappliancehub.com.

4. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photo, or other content:

• You confirm it's your own honest opinion or original content, and you have the right to share it.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute and adapt it for the purposes of operating the site.
• We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or that breaches the CMA's guidance on online reviews (e.g. fake reviews, undisclosed incentivised reviews).

5. Acceptable use

Don't:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy our directory data without written permission.
• Submit fake reviews, fake business listings, or impersonate others.
• Interfere with the site's normal operation (DOS, vulnerability probing, etc.) — security research is welcome.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited under English law.

Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We provide the site “as is” without warranty as to uninterrupted availability or fitness for purpose.
• We are not liable for any loss arising from your contract with a third-party retailer or engineer found via the site.
• Our total aggregate liability for anything related to your use of the site is capped at £100.

7. Changes to the site or these terms

We may change the site, or these terms, at any time. Material changes to the terms will be flagged with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
