What E07 actually means
The board commanded the motor and the speed feedback did not match. That can be a physical obstruction, worn brushes, or a fault in the motor or the board section driving it. Rule out a jammed drum yourself, then hand the rest over.

How to fix it, step by step
Unplug and turn the drum by hand
Rotate through several full turns both ways. Free and quiet is good; a hard stop means an obstruction, a deep rumble points at bearings.

Shine a torch through the drum holes while turning it slowly, looking for wire or metal wedged behind. Check the pump filter too.

Switch off at the wall for a minute, restore power, and run a spin-only cycle on a bare drum.
