We do not collect special-category data, payment-card data (we don't process payments), or location data more precise than your stated city/postcode.

- Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days for suppression.
- Contact-form messages: 24 months, then deleted.
- Repair enquiries: 12 months after last activity, then deleted.
- Analytics: aggregated, retained 26 months.
- Business accounts: lifetime of the account, plus 7 years for tax records.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- Confirm what personal data we hold about you (Subject Access Request)
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete data (“right to erasure”)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time (where consent was the basis)
